Location: SW11
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week + Overtime
Salary: £30,409.60 + Overtime paid at 1 x 1.5

About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Assistant Manager. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front of house and administrative activities.

Responsibilities:
Supervise staff and service for activities, including Bar, Gym, Event Spaces, and special events.
Assist in managing front and back of house operations.
Develop food and beverage offerings.
Train and supervise team and temporary event staff.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in stock and equipment procurement.
Manage event services from enquiry to billing.
Maintain health and safety procedures.
Oversee gym memberships and office duties.
Requirements:
Supervisory experience in hospitality or catering.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Knowledge of food hospitality and bar operations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to motivate and prioritize tasks independently.
Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
