Assistant Manager

to join the opening team.
If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Your Role:
Support the Bar/Restaurant Manager in the running of the site
Ongoing support & development of the team
Daily processing of orders and invoices
Ensure Food Safety/Health & Safety & Licensing Law compliance is adhered to
Provide excellent guest service and customer care
Expectations:
Experience in a busy Bar or Restaurant
Initiative, resilience, organisational and strong communication skills
Be able to work in fast paced environment and under pressure
A passion to deliver exceptional experiences to ever guest
