About the position
As Assistant Manager you'll be expected to orchestrate the space in perfect harmony whilst throwing an awesome party and creating a great vibe simultaneously! The Assistant Manager role will be mostly floor based with a strong leadership approach as well as keeping up with the learning and development of the team.
The successful candidate
The perfect Assistant Manager will come from a branded background with experience managing high volume space with confidence.
It is key that you have an infectious personality and a genuine character along with a sincere passion for both food and drink.
Being an Assistant Manager, you'll have clear progression plans in place to push you forward and help you grow, so energy and determination is a is sincerely a must have.
