Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day operations in a high-end restaurant with a late-night element
Ensuring impeccable guest service from arrival to departure
Managing and motivating a team of front-of-house staff
Maintaining restaurant standards and upholding brand image
Handling reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in front-of-house management
Solid background in luxury hospitality and late-night venues
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences
