Assistant Manager - Advisory and Corporate Finance

Your new company This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in, or a strong interest in, corporate finance to gain hands-on exposure to advisory projects including due diligence, valuations, and strategic planning. The role is based in Guildford, with occasional travel to London.Key Responsibilities

• Support on M&A, due diligence, and valuation projects
• Prepare and review statutory accounts and consolidated financials
• Deliver insightful management reporting and forecasting
• Supervise junior team members and manage client relationships
• Contribute to business development and internal process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Experience in practice, ideally with exposure to corporate finance
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach
