• £23,000.00 per annum

WHAT'S NEEDED

• An experienced assistant catering manager 

EMPLOYER INFORMATION

• Contract Caterer

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

• Assist in the day to day management of the F&B operation
• Working with both BOH and FOH team to ensure the smooth running of the operation
• Working across all aspects of the business incl; bar, restaurant and events 
• Monday to Friday
• Operating hours 06:30 till 21:30
• Working hours as required on a shift basis of 40 hours a week with paid overtime
• Report to the General Manager
• 35 days holidays annually
• Staff training 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous management experience
• Be able to remain calm and focused throughout service
• Good financial understanding
• Good stock management skills
• Strong man manager 
• Be able to adhere to strict processes and procedures

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

• In line with present France working requirements all candidates are required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the France
