I am looking for an Assistant Manager with previous experience working within the QSR industry. This brand is undergoing a major expansion process, so you must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
As this brand is in a rapid expansion phase, your progression opportunities, if you have the right work ethic, skillset & mindset, are through the roof.
The ideal candidate for Assistant Manager:
Confident in stock management and P&L control.
Committed to training and developing a team.
Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and an outstanding guest experience.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
passion for excellent food and for leading an equally fantastic team.
You will have total responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management of your store.
