Assistant Manager Sought for thriving Leisure /Hospitality site in Edmonton.

My Client is the market leader in their field, creating an environment for all ages in their sites that offer an exciting mix of hospitality and leisure a across the UK.

They are now looking for an Assistant Manager for their site in Edmonton:

This is a successful, muti-faceted site and your role will be to work with the GM to improve customer service,, ensure H+S guidelines are kept to, monitor and analyse the KPI's, and generally ensure that the site is well run, and somewhere where customers come to have a great time ! You will be managing a team of 20+ and will be responsible for improving the customer journey and maximising revenue opportunities.

The ideal candidate comes from a hospitality, leisure or retail background

Must be used to managing teams of 15+

Understands KPIs and can analyse the P+L

* Maintain inventory and manage supplies to support operational needs.
