We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager at a high end restaurant near Chichester. The successful Assistant Manager will come from a similar background, and must be able to demonstrate delivery of quality at volume, as well as being the perfect host and be fully accountable in the absence of the GM. This is he ideal role for a strong Supervisor or someone who is already an Assistant Manager, looking to polish their skills.

The Role

Very hands on - you will be leading from the front!
Leading a team of up to 15-20
Strong leadership required in the GM's and AGM absence
Being the ultimate host - not only greeting the regulars with a huge smile, but creating new regulars with your already proven skills at being the heart of your local community
You must be able to think on your feet
You must be able to drive and possess your own transport
