Job Description - Assistant Manager Share Plans and Rewards

Share Plans & Reward Assistant Manager
Manchester
£40,000 - £45,000 (Hybrid working & excellent benefits)


We are currently working with a Top 10 UK accountancy firm who are looking to grow their national Employer Solutions team with the appointment of a Share Plans & Reward Assistant Manager.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and forward-thinking practice, supporting a wide variety of clients with share scheme design, implementation, and tax advisory services.

The client base ranges from high-growth entrepreneurial businesses to global groups and private equity-backed organisations.


As an Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with clients to design and implement tailored employee incentive schemes
  • Provide expert advice on tax treatment and compliance for a wide range of share plans
  • Draft legal documentation to support share scheme implementation
  • Support senior colleagues with project delivery and client relationship management
  • Advise on valuations for tax purposes and contribute to international share incentive planning

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience within a Share Plans / Reward team in a professional services, legal or consulting environment
  • Relevant qualification (CTA, ATT, ACA, Solicitor) or qualified by experience
  • Strong project management and client communication skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work to demanding client expectations
