To assist the Merchandiser on a day-to-day basis through effective planning, managing the supply base, re-forecasting sales and intake and ensuring optimum range availability.

Description

• Trading & Reporting: Own Monday trade reports, sales/stock analysis, and support seasonal review packs.
• Stock & Forecasting: Manage WSSI, line cards, intake trackers, and purchase orders; maintain healthy stock levels and forecasts. Follow intake process from PO raising to chasing production, booking freight to delivery into the business
• Collaboration: Work closely with Buying, Ecommerce, Warehouse, and Marketing to ensure smooth product flow and strong launches.
• Process Ownership: Handle critical paths, intake planning, new product estimation, and trading calendars.
• Ecommerce Merchandising: Support managing product listings across online marketplaces and company website.

Profile

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical and a numbers thinker
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be working with a range of colleagues and prospective employees at all levels
• Great problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage your own time
• Previous experience within a retail / brand head office
