As the Assistant Merchandiser:
Reporting directly into your Merchandiser you'll be running the management of multiple categories
Progress to owning a sub-cat if operating at a senior, or established level
Ability to not only read all trading and reporting tools, but can contribute to the wider team with offering actions and solutions
Have an analytical mindset from your experience in the industry so can piece together key performance indicators to identify performance highlights and risks
Manage: sizing, ratios, rebuys, intake, newness
Monitor and manage stock levels with awareness of cover
Have the experience of feeling confidence to re-attribute WSSI dat
Proposing solutions for stock transfers, phasing or cancellations
Overseeing the critical path and delivery schedule with the wider team
Review and action promotions and mark downs
