We are seeking a diligent and highly professional Assistant Package Manager to join our project team in West London, (NW10). This role is essential for ensuring operational continuity, requiring a candidate who is comfortable working during weekends and night shifts to maintain project momentum.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management and coordination of specific work packages to ensure delivery within defined project parameters. Monitor progress during night and weekend shifts, ensuring all activities adhere to safety and quality standards. Facilitate clear communication between site teams and management to resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, progress reports, and compliance records. Oversee site logistics and resource allocation to support efficient project execution. Ensure that all work performed complies with relevant regulatory frameworks and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project support or package management within a construction or industrial environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex tasks in high-pressure settings. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead site teams effectively during off-peak hours. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and site safety. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Employment Details:
Location: West London Compensation: £56.25 per hour (Umbrella, inside IR35) Shift Requirements: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday but some weekends and nights depending on project needs
