Job Description - Assistant Parts Manager

Assistant Parts Manager required for Automotive Main Dealership located in Heathrow.

The salary on offer for this Assistant Parts Manager is £38,000.

Benefits:

42.5 Hour Week Monday To Friday
Up To £38,000 Basic Salary + £6,000 Bonus
Occasional Saturday Mornings Paid At x 1.5!
Main Dealership Working Environment
22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (Increasing With Service)
Parts Supervisory Experience Required

Specification:

Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
Engaging with promotional campaigns in line with Cordwallis’ and manufacturer strategies.
Overseeing all customer enquiries – ensuring they’ve been answered promptly with accurate parts information enlisted.
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Team
Strong Interpersonal Skills

Responsibilities:

Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
Previous experience within a Parts Supervisory role.
Sophisticated trade knowledge, and skills.
As an Assistant Parts Manager you’ll have an influence to recruit for Parts Team Members
Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
Full UK Driving Licence.
