You'll work alongside the Production Manager, overseeing daily operations, managing work orders, coordinating with the shop floor, and using ERP systems to monitor progress. This role offers the opportunity to identify process improvements, contribute to planning meetings, and play a key part in a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

This role would suit a production or manufacturing professional, someone confident with systems and communication looking for development, responsibility, and long-term prospects within a supportive and growing business.
