The salary for this position is £24,000 per annum and is based in Worcester.

Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Property Manager:

• Providing a single point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Providing professional assistance to thousands of clients who have requested the premium service
• You'll help every tenancy under your care to progress seamlessly
• Delivering expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising maintenance projects

Key Skills and Experience of an Assistant Property Manager:

• Customer service experience is required
• Strong organisational skills is essential due to the nature of the role
• You will be required to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve
• You will be successful in this role if you can communicate well with a wide range of people over a variety of platforms
