Assistant Proposals Manager Role

Full-time, permanent position

Location: Full-time in London (Farringdon)

Need single & 2 stage tender experience

Need to also come from a strong construction background

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and preparation of prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), expressions of interest (EOIs), and tender submissions.
Develop and actively manage proposal deadlines to ensure they are met
Act as the central point of coordination between estimating, planning, design, commercial, and operational teams.
Compile, format, and quality-check submission documents to ensure consistency and compliance to PQQ/tender deliverables.
Produce high-quality proposal documents, including formatting, layout, graphics coordination, and branding alignment.
Manage document version control and maintain a structured filing system using SharePoint.
Maintain and update a library of standard responses, case studies, CVs, and technical content.
Support the development of tailored responses aligned with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
Ensure submissions clearly demonstrate RED's experience, capability, and value proposition.
Support in the update of Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Review tender documentation to ensure all submission requirements are fully understood and met.
Coordinate completion of compliance matrices and checklists.
Ensure adherence to company governance procedures and approval processes prior to submission.
