Assistant QS required ASAP for Tier One contractor on c.£375m London super prime residential new build

I have an urgent requirement for one of my Tier One main contractor clients for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work within their Commercial team on the new build of a super prime / luxury residential project in an exclusive area of London.

The role will involve commercially managing prelims and other trade / subcontractor packages and assisting the wider Commercial team.

You'll ideally have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or be studying towards one, though this isn't essential - HNC / HND or other relevant qualifications will also be considered.

Experience working for a main contractor on major projects is preferable but again, not essential, as developer / subcontrator / smaller project experience will also be considered for the right person.
