Assistant QS Construction

Assistant Quantity Surveyor??Suffolk

I'm looking for a motivated and detail-focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. You'll need at least one year of experience working with a contractor, and ideally an HNC in Quantity Surveying or Construction (or working towards one). What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting cost planning, valuations, and subcontractor management
• Assisting with monthly cost reports and final accounts
• Working closely with clients, site teams, and suppliers
• Helping ensure compliance with contracts and company procedures

What I'm Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of QS experience with a contractor
• HNC or similar qualification (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• A proactive, team-focused attitude
