Assistant Quantity Surveyor

An ambitious, independent Property & Construction Consultancy is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Glasgow office.

With four successful UK offices and an exciting pipeline of projects, this practice works across commercial offices, large masterplanning schemes, residential developments, and industrial sheds.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

This is the perfect role for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who's hungry to learn, eager to progress, and looking for structured support to become Chartered.

You'll work closely with a team of 15 experienced professionals on a wide range of live projects - gaining hands-on exposure to both pre and post contract work. The company has an outstanding APC success rate, with four Quantity Surveyors currently progressing through the pathway under the guidance of MRICS mentors.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
• Basic pre and post contract experience
• Experience working in the property / real estate sectors
• Valid UK Driving License
