I am currently in the market for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a growing regional main contractor in the Greater Manchester region. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are in the market to add to their commercial teams with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. They would like a dynamic and forward-thinking Assistant Quantity Surveyor to come and join their commercial team. The candidate they are looking for will be driven and keen to learn and thrive in their busy fast paced environment.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally have some experience within social housing new builds.
My clients spread of contracts range from 4million up to around 19million. My client does work across variety of sectors housing, residential, commercial and industrial all within new builds. Which would give an Assistant a good scope of experience in Project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and busy regional with some strong client relationships within the Greater Manchester region.
Individual Requirements:

• Relevant Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar (BSc level or equivalent) or working towards
• Construction Industry related experience
