The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

You'll be part of a thriving office of 35 professionals, including a 10-strong Quantity Surveying team within the Commercial division. This is one of eight offices nationwide, making up a 180+ strong consultancy with a reputation for quality, career development, and long-term success.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll support and learn from experienced professionals on diverse, high-profile projects across Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, and Hospitality-valued between £1m and £25m.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy (1-2 years ideally)
• A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying ideally or other Construction related degree
• Eager to work towards APC and obtain chartership
• Basic pre and post contract experience
