Your Next Job – What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll:

• Support the lead QS in managing project budgets, valuations, and variations
• Assist with subcontractor procurement, issuing orders, and cost tracking
• Help monitor payment applications and subcontract accounts
• Contribute to monthly CVRs and financial reports
• Work closely with site managers, project leads, and clients to ensure smooth delivery
• Gain hands-on experience in cost planning, contract administration, and risk management

What You’ll Need

• A degree or working towards one in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role with a contractor or specialist firm
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• A full UK driving licence (preferred)
