Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Job Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant experience (including placement year or graduate role)
• Fresh Graduates will be considered for this role
• Knowledge/experience with JCT contracts advantageous
• Good understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Full UK driving licence required for site travel across the region
