You'll be part of a close-knit team, gaining exposure to high end residential construction projects that combine traditional building methods with modern sustainable practices. Whether you're looking to build on existing experience or take the next step towards becoming a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be supported every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with project cost management from pre-construction through to final account. Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations and subcontractor payments. Supporting the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers. Monitoring project costs and helping to identify commercial risks and opportunities. Assisting with contract administration and maintaining commercial records. Working closely with site teams, clients and supply chain partners. Contributing to project reporting and financial forecasting. What We're Looking For:
Previous experience within a Quantity Surveying or Assistant Quantity Surveying role. Experience within construction, refurbishment or specialist building projects. Good commercial awareness and attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship building skills. A proactive and organised approach to work. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management or working towards them. Why Apply?
