The role of the Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor will involve:

* Assistant Quantity Surveyor position dealing with various permitted development residential conversion projects

* Assist with procurement of subcontract packages

* Measure works and prepare valuations

* Process subcontractor payments

* Assist with cost reporting and CVRs

* Manage variations and compensation events

* Attend site and commercial meetings

* Support the QS with final accounts

* Help maintain project budgets and forecasts

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor industry with:

* Must be a recent Quantity Surveyor graduate

* Experience within Permitted Development would be highly advantageous

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels

* Confident and articulate
