What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping put together cost plans, budgets, and tenders

• Getting involved in buying - subcontractors and materials

• Keeping an eye on project costs and updating reports

• Assisting with valuations, variations, and payments

• Visiting sites and checking in on progress

• Supporting with contract admin and paperwork

• Working closely with the commercial and site teams

• Helping with final accounts and project wrap-up

What They’re Looking For:

• Studying or qualified in Quantity Surveying (HND/Degree)

• Good with numbers, detail-focused, and organised

• Keen to learn, take initiative, and grow with the team

The Package:

• Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

• Benefits: Car allowance, discretionary bonus, travel expenses, private medical

• Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays (increasing to 29)
