Assistant Relationship Manager

We are excited to represent a prestigious client in the banking sector, currently seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to join their Real Estate Finance team. • Support Relationship Managers with Credit Applications, annual loan reviews, and periodic AML reviews.
• Conduct periodic AML reviews and manage the account opening process for new accounts.
• Prepare and update various analysis schedules, credit ratings, and return calculations.
• Review valuation reports and prepare valuation sign-off memos.
• Assist with pipeline management, ensuring facilities are seen through to completion.
• Complete monthly departmental reporting and annual audit report/questionnaires for clients.
• Handle customer enquiries, ensuring service delivery meets customer expectations and bank requirements.

• Degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role within real estate finance.
• In-depth knowledge of the property market and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
