This beautiful hotel sits in 240 acres of picturesque parkland, an equestrian centre, polo fields, kids club and plenty of outdoor pursuits, this hotel has more than enough to keep even the most active guest entertained. The restaurant was proudly awarded the Michelin star of excellence and showcases a modern outlook on classic British dishes with stunning views across the terrace.

For a more relaxed and rustic dinning experience where muddy boots are most welcome then there is also a 2AA Rosette restaurant which offers a delicious brasserie style menu of comfort food in an informal setting.

Working as a Restaurant Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager with the smooth running of this Michelin starred restaurant and work closely with the executive head chef and the Restaurant Manager to deliver and exceed the expectations of guests, you will be able to run, look after and make decisions in the operation and running of a 5 star luxury Michelin starred restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. You will also be responsible for managing, leading and training of junior members of staff. You will be a passionate individual who has a keen eye for detail and who enjoys working in an establishment that offers a truly unforgettable experience for guests.
