Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, and customer service.
Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage restaurant budgets and expenses
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Implement and enforce safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
