What you'll be doing:

• Valuing and listing residential properties for sale
• Generating new business opportunities and instructions
• Supporting the team with leadership, coaching, and development
• Maintaining excellent customer service and office standards

• Strong leadership potential and team motivator
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management

Package:

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + commission

OTE: £40,000 (Uncapped)
