Your responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out accurate market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing expert advice throughout the sales process
• Creating high-quality marketing materials and launching properties effectively to market
• Conducting viewings and negotiating offers to secure successful outcomes
• Ensuring legal compliance and supporting smooth sales progression through to completion

You will need the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in estate agency, ideally in valuations and listing properties
• Strong track record of winning new business and hitting targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Confident conducting valuations and property viewings

Package:

Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 + commission

OTE: £45,000
