Job Description - Assistant Service Manager

Assistant Service Manager required for our Client’s Main Dealer based in the Ipswich area.

For your hard work for our Client you can expect a salary of £40,000 OTE.

The hours of work in this Assistant Service Manager position are Monday - Friday 8:00–17:30 | Saturday Mornings on Rota.

Benefits:

£31,000 Basic Salary with a realistic OTE of £40,000
Monday to Friday hours with Saturday mornings on a rota
25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days with length of service

Responsibilities:

Day-to-day operations of the service department
Organised and the ability to think on your feet
Delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring efficiency in workshop scheduling and performance
Working closely with the Service Manager

Requirements:

Previous working experience within a Assistant Service Manager capacity
Outstanding Management skills
Technically minded
Ability to get things done without compromising on Service delivered.
