Assistant Site Manager

An established privately owned house builder with a good local reputation are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to manage quality new build housing development in Coseley,West Midlands.

The role:
As an Assistant Site Manager you will assist the Site Manager in running the development. You will help manage the large project within a set build program and make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will help carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be partly responsible for health and safety on site. This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will help control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors. As a successful Assistant Site Manager you will help ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

The Company:
A privately owned house builder who build semi/detached houses and apartments for sale on the open market. They work across West Midlands region.

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either an Assistant Site Manager,Finishing Foreman,Site Supervisor,Site Manager or Manager in a similar house building environment preferably on luxury housing projects. It is essential to have a CSCS (Managerial), SMSTS, First Aid and Scaffold Awareness qualification, IT skills as well as a driving licence.
