Assistant Site Manager

A privately owned housebuilder are looking to appoint a new Assistant Site Manager for a site in Market Drayton,Shropshire

The role:
The Assistant Site Manager will work on a site in the Shropshire area and report to the Site Manager

Duties include:

On a daily basis you will help carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program.
You will be jointly responsible for health and safety on site.
This will involve assisting in identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits.
You will help control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors.
As a successful Assistant Site Manager you will help ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

The project is new build private residential traditional build in Shropshire

The Company:
Residential building company based in North Shropshire.

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as an Assistant Site Manager in a similar role. Minimum requirement SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid. Previous experience of residential construction sites essential.
