Assistant Site Manager

We are partnering with a renowned regional contractor that continues to strengthen its position within the South Wales construction market. The business has secured over £100M of confirmed work scheduled to commence within the next twelve months, with several additional major project wins expected shortly.

The upcoming portfolio includes schemes valued between £20M and £40M, predominantly high-rise residential developments along with selected commercial projects. As a result of this sustained growth, the company is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join its expanding team.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility for managing a defined section of works, ensuring progress, quality, and safety standards are maintained.
