Assistant Site Manager - Northampton - up to £42,000

An Assistant Site Manager within the construction industry is actively sought to join a thriving residential developer in Northamptonshire that specialises in small, high end, niche housing. As an Assistant Site Manager you will work alongside a Site Manager helping to drive the bespoke residential project forward to completion.

Assistant Site Manager on a two plot project consisting of £1m+ new build houses
Assistant Site Manager responsible for overseeing the trades and sub-contractors on site
Assistant Site Manager to help run the project working alongside a Site Manager ensuring build programme deadlines are achieved and within budget constraints
Assistant Site Manager you will need to have residential project experience
You will need valid site certificates, including First Aid at Work
