We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy and well-established residential developer on a large new build housing project in Crewe.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for long-term work, with up to 2 years of continuous employment available.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development
Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
Monitoring health & safety compliance and site standards
Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards
Conducting site inspections and snagging
Supporting site administration and reporting requirements
Maintaining excellent communication with trades, suppliers, and management teams

Requirements:
Previous experience working on new build housing developments
Valid SMSTS or SMSTS certificate
CSCS Card
First Aid
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a site management team
Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
