Do you have experience of managing New Build Industrial/Warehouse projects of significant value as a number 2/3. If so, our client is keen to talk to you!!

Our client, a fledgling main contractor located in the Midlands have recently secured 3 new projects, with one scheme imminently hitting site, along the M1& M40 Corridors.

The initial project is a £15million, New Build Extension to an existing Warehouse, with future projects ranging in value up to £20 million.

You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and will assist with day to day operational responsibility for the development.

The Candidate Assistant Site Manager):
As an Assistant Site Manager you should have well-rounded general main contracting experience gained through working on a variety of project types with the ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive with a positive can-do attitude and experience within the role as an Assistant Site Manager.

You will require the following:
• Previous Industrial/Warehouse sector experience is essential.
• A working knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts (Preferable)
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• A full UK driving license
•
The Package:
• Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience and subject to review after probation period
