Assistant Site Manager – Exeter Region (Based in Yeovil, BA21)

5* Housebuilders - so prior experience with a developer is a requirement.

Working alongside our Site Manager, you'll get hands-on experience across every stage of the build, backed by first-class training designed to help you progress. No two days are the same, and every day brings you closer to seeing a customer take the keys to their perfect new home.

What you'll be doing:

* Supporting (and deputising for) the Site Manager, supervising employed and subcontract labour

* Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries to keep the build on programme and on quality

* Scheduling work to hit production targets without cutting corners

* Getting involved in pre-completion inspections with purchasers

* Being a reliable link between the build, sales, and customer care teams

What you'll bring:

* Experience on a new build residential construction site

* SMSTS /SSSTS and First Aid certified

* Solid grasp of site Health & Safety

* Confidence reading and interpreting designs and drawings

* Sharp attention to detail and a genuine desire to succeed
