Assistant Site Manager – Façade Remediation

We are currently working with an established contractor specialising in façade remediation and refurbishment projects who is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction, ideally within façade, cladding or remediation works, who is looking to develop their career in site management.

The Role

*

Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of remediation projects.

*

Coordinate subcontractors, labour and materials to ensure works progress in line with programme.

*

Monitor health & safety standards and ensure site procedures are followed.

*

Support quality assurance inspections, snagging and project documentation.

*

Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and management to resolve any issues.

*

Help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements

*

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or similar construction management role.

*

Experience in façade, cladding, external refurbishment or remediation projects would be advantageous.

*

Good understanding of site health & safety and subcontractor coordination.

*

Strong communication and organisational skills.

*

SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications would be beneficial.
