Based in Olney, with projects across Bristol, South Wales, London and Northampton. Regular travel to project sites will be required.

About the Role
The Assistant Site Manager will support the day-to-day management of specialist facade and roofing projects, helping ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme and specification.
The Assistant Site Manager will work across a range of projects, gaining experience across rainscreen cladding, render and wider external envelope works.
The Assistant Site Manager will travel to projects across Bristol, South Wales, London and Northampton, supporting the Site Manager with the coordination and control of site activities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site management.
* Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives.
* Assisting with rainscreen cladding and render works.
* Monitoring progress against the project programme.
* Supporting the planning of labour, materials and site resources.
* Checking workmanship and ensuring required standards are maintained.
* Assisting with site records, reports and progress updates.
* Helping identify and resolve site issues.
* Ensuring RAMS and site procedures are followed.
* Supporting health and safety across the project.
* Liaising with subcontractors and the wider project team.
* Monitoring site activities and reporting concerns to the Site Manager.
* Helping ensure projects remain organised and on programme.
The successful Assistant Site Manager will have previous construction site experience and an interest in developing within facades, roofing or the wider external envelope sector.
Experience of rainscreen, render or other facade systems would be advantageous. SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS qualifications are required, together with a full UK driving licence.
