Assistant Site Manager - House Builder

An award winning National House builder are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager to help manage a new build housing project in Coventry

The role:
As an experienced Assistant Site Manager you will report to the Site Manager and assist in managing a new build housing project in Coventry
The houses are mid-range quality homes and range from 2/3/4 bedrooms(semi and detached)
You will help manage the site within a set build program and help make sure it is completed within budget and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
On a daily basis you will carry out toolbox talks and maintain records according to program. You will be responsible for health and safety on site.
This will involve identifying risk assessments and safe systems of work and weekly audits. You will control and monitor all resources including materials and subcontractors.
As a successful Assistant Site Manager you will ensure site records are maintained and recorded accordingly.

The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either an Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager,Foreman,Supervisor or Manager in a similar new build house building environment or a similar housing organisation/developer.
