Wellbeing Centre Assistant (Part-Time) – Skipton Area

£28,080 FTE | Part-Time | Shift-Based | Luxury Wellness Environment

We are recruiting a friendly, hands-on Wellbeing Centre Assistant for a leading luxury wellness and retreat destination in the Skipton area.

This is a varied, guest-facing role within a beautifully designed wellbeing environment featuring studios, treatment rooms, pool facilities, and fitness spaces, supporting retreats, guest stays, and a seasonal wellbeing programme.

The Role

As Wellbeing Centre Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of a high-end wellbeing facility, combining front of house guest service with practical operational support.

You will play a key role in ensuring the centre is welcoming, well-presented, and operating smoothly at all times, supporting guests, practitioners, and retreat programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver a warm, professional first impression


• Manage bookings, payments, and guest enquiries


• Support wellbeing retreats, classes, and visiting practitioners


• Prepare, reset, and maintain studio and treatment spaces


• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all areas


• Carry out basic administration, reporting, and stock checks


• Support health & safety procedures, including pool testing and checks


• Assist with smooth day-to-day operations of the wellbeing centre

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Warm, approachable, and naturally guest-focused


• Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment


• Practical, hands-on, and proactive


• Comfortable working independently and within a team


• Flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends


• Passionate about wellbeing, hospitality, or guest experience

Previous experience in hospitality, leisure, spa, or wellbeing environments is helpful but not essential.
