Assistant Store Manager

We are excited to be recruiting for an assistant manager for a fashion retailer based in the Edinburgh area. Internationally recognised for many years, they are focused on quality, good design and sustainability. Their reputation is well known as a "Best Place to Work" employer.

Product knowledge and fantastic customer service is paramount to this retailer. It is all about the customer journey and delivering exceptional service. You will be coaching the team to success, building customer relationships, and making sure that operational procedures are sound.

As assistant manager, you will be leading, training and delivering fantastic service, ensuring maximum profitability. Ideally, you will have gained experience in a clothing retail environment, however, the client is open on background. You understand the need for team development, commercial awareness and driving sales.

The role is paying a salary of up to £29,000 with a great bonus and benefits package, including 33 days holiday. This is an exciting time to be joining the company as they are heading into a period of growth. Great opportunities to progress and receive further development and training.
