Salary: £28,814 per annum (OTE £31,695) + Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days (early and late shifts)

Working closely with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving store performance, supporting your team’s development, and delivering outstanding customer service.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support your team on the shop floor
• Maximise store performance and team productivity
• Identify and develop talent within your team
• Ensure a positive and engaging working environment
• Take ownership of store operations in the manager’s absence
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation
• Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and store security procedures
