The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional to assist in operations, team leadership, and sales growth for a renowned brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
• Support the Store Manager in training and motivating a team of sales associates to provide top-tier service and achieve performance goals.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and merchandising.
• Assist in managing store expenses, maintaining financial records, and ensuring cost control.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment that meets all health and safety standards.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity, contributing to store strategies to remain competitive.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within menswear.
• Proven ability to support sales growth and meet targets.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to assist in team development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of current menswear trends.
