Are you a Land Surveyor, Utility Surveyor or Measured Building Surveyor looking to come off the tools and step into a role where you'll be trusted to check quality, support a team and progress into a Survey Manager position?

On offer is a long-term role with a well-established specialist surveying business, where you'll combine office-based checking / processing with regular site-based support, giving you a clear step up in responsibility without losing touch with the technical work.

This company deliver topographical surveying, laser scanning and PAS128 utility surveying across water treatment, construction, civils and highways. Due to continued growth plans (with ambitious expansion targets through to 2030), they're looking to add an experienced surveyor who can raise standards, develop junior staff and help the team scale.

In this role you'll be a key point of contact for quality control, checking survey outputs before they go to the client, reviewing data processing, and training junior surveyors on best practice. You'll be mainly office based with the occasional site visits covering mainly the Northwest and Yorkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to come off the tools into a quality / leadership focused position, with clear technical progression, day-to-day variety and the chance to make a real impact on a growing team.

The Role:

Quality checking survey works and outputs before issue to the client
Reviewing processing / deliverables using AutoCAD, N4ce and Reg360
Training and supporting junior surveyors, with some site supervision
Covering sites across the North West and Yorkshire (typically within an hour radius)
Office-based , hours 8:00 - 4:30
The Person:

Background in land / topographical surveying and confident checking deliverables
Experience with processing software such as AutoCAD, N4ce and/or Reg360
Positive, adaptable approach and comfortable coaching / supporting junior staff
