Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a UK leading multidisciplinary consultancy who have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Planner with previous relevant industry experience to join their ?Leeds team.

The team specialise in a wide range of projects including large scale mixed-use regeneration, infrastructure, residential, industrial & logistics and commercial developments.

You will be working alongside experienced planning professionals assisting on a cross-section of planning applications, appeals and pre-application enquiries, as well as local plan representations.

Candidate Requirements:

• RTPI accredited degree or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant work experience, either public or private.
• Understanding of the UK Planning system.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills.
• Enjoy responsibility and integrating/collaborating with others.
