Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job Description

The Warehouse Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

1.\tSupervision: Assist Warehouse Manager in supervising staff and assigning tasks.

2.\tInventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, conduct audits, and coordinate reordering.

3.\tSafety and Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines and ensure regulatory compliance.

4.\tQuality Control: Implement quality control measures and address issues.

5.\tEquipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repairs of warehouse equipment.

6.\tDocumentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports.

7.\tProcess Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

•\tBachelor’s degree (preferred but not necessary).

•\t2 years of warehouse operations experience, with supervisory experience.

•\tStrong leadership and communication skills.

•\tProficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ukranian or Polish language would be an advantage as we hire a number of Ukranian refugees.
